Im trying to figure out how to transfer the recorded videos on the dvd-r onto another disc. Please help me!!!
probably will need to use two dvd player rcorder or one player and one recorder or use a computer transfer it to the hard drive then reburn it on another disc

switching rec mode to LP to be able to tape for 60 min per side?
Hi, I have a Sony DCR-DVD650 Camcorder. I have Sony's Handy Cam 60 min double sided DVD-R. So if i'm understanding correctly i can tape for 60 minutes if i change the "rec mode" on the camcorder to "LP". What is the quality of the recording? Anything else i should be aware of doing this switch? Thanks for the help.
it's a good quality not as good as hd format have to try and see if that all works for you the camera will tell you how long you have to record depending on what format you record in

not really all depends on what you record what your recording in. Like ep slp or hd format or what not.

how do you watch the video on tv
i want to watch the video i recorded. How do i watch it on my computer or tv . via dvd player .
the video recorder is a sony handycam and it utilizes the dvd+rw small blue disk for recording. I want to play this disc but my computer is not reading it , or its taking to long. How do i also watch this disk on my dvd player?

you connect it with a supplied cable that came with the handycam or you will have to find out what you need to hook it up going to need some sort of a connection to hook to the cam and dvd player and then switch your dvd player to a line in connection.

how do I make dvd copy of tv show from my laptop?
All depends if you have the right equipment rewriteable drives or the right hook ups. You may need a external dvd burner drive if your labtop doesn't have it to do that.

Can I buy just the jewel cases. Several have broken and I want to protect my dvd's
