Foxy's Best Of is Good, But Missing BIGGER Songs.

This Foxy Brown compilation is pretty solid but missing more impressive cuts by her: 'If I', 'No One's', 'Oh Yeah', 'Hood Scriptures' and 'Candy (feat. Kelis). Her hits from her debut album "Ill Na Na" like: 'Get You Home (feat. Blackstreet)', 'Holy Matrimony', 'I'll Be' and 'Ill Na Na (feat. Method Man) are on the disc. Also songs from her other two official albums 'Chyna Doll' and 'Broken Silence': 'Hot Spot', 'I Can't (feat. Total), 'Chyna White' and 'BK Anthem'. A lot of those songs I just named are crucial to her legacy. But I believe some songs should've been exchanged for the songs I listed earlier, because they are better known. One song I didn't expect to see but actually appears on the album that is one of her most undeniable 'Big Bad Mama (feat. Sisqo of Dru Hill). All in all, this is a good mix but definitely would benefit with a revised re-release one day (hopefully!).

Amy's Dark and Beautiful Masterpiece

It's crazy and still hard to believe such a young LEGEND is gone. But, is she. Amy bestowed two CLASSIC gifts to the music world and fans within those recordings ('FRANK' [her 2003 debut] and 'Back to Black' [2006]) so she exists in her music. Back to Black plays like a diary left open for anyone to devour. It showcases how one woman's truth (in one of the darkest periods in her young life) could enthrall, captivate and even console those who could find themselves mirrored, or consumed in its eleven tracks. From jump Amy sets the emotional and unflinching rollercoaster ride off with the bold album opener "Rehab". Not only was "Rehab" one the album's most mammoth singles, it was also one of the most autobiographical (depicting her battle with substance abuse). The honesty in that track alone, is what made Back to Black so undeniable and strong. It was there deep in the sultry, rasp and growl of her voice all the way to the blood bled into each direct lyric. But "Rehab" really isn't the heart pumping blood to the album, the heart is found in the title track. It delivers one of the most heartbreakingly beautiful songs in recent years. Its difficult to not feel one's self slipping into it's dark magic especially when she hits the refrain towards the end tenderly sings "black.../black.../black.../I go back to/I go back to". The way she alternates between singing gently and fiercely is what made the voice of not only that track, but, the entire body of work so solid. But even with such powerful singles like "Rehab" and "Back to Black", there's no mistaking that they are only a mere piece of what makes the LP a master. The deeper cuts on Back to Black are what give the album breath. "Me and Mr. Jones" (showcases Amy's sense of humor), "Just Friends" (describes her need for companionship absent of romance) and "Some Unholy War" (boasts her damning yet inspiring level of commitment). Each song is like its own little movie within one BIGGER and cohesive movie. It sonically draws inspiration from the Motown era and the jazz legends of music history yet somehow sounds current. This is why the album will FOREVER sound fresh and garner more admirers of its haunting, poetic beauty. So, stop reading this and just go listen to it! I promise you will see exactly what I mean.

As a adult I don't watch cartoons at all, unless its something nostalgic or something on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim. So, with that being said I didn't buy this for myself. But, the one who it was bought for (my niece) LOVES it so much. Its a great show for kids, its fun, colorful and vibrant!

The first models were AMAZING, these are just okay

As an avid music listener and lover, most things music related are my thing. I own a older model of the Walkman MP3 from 2010 and that one is the BEST and it still works in 2015! These newer ones (currently in BB locations) do not boast the same SUPPERIORITY as the past ones, which is unfortunate. My sister enjoys this newer model but complains that it "freezes" sometimes and will stay stuck on certain settings at times. But, overall she likes it for the most part. It only carries about 300-320 songs which is why I recommend getting the one with the biggest GB storage. I wish Sony would bring back the older models because they work fabulously and had the ability to do simple things like playlists, these NWZ-E380 models do not. To sum it up this model is basic but WAY BETTER than any other MP3 players being offered by other makers. DO NOT BUY those really, really cheap MP3 players next to Sony's Walkman MP3 player they are GARBAGE. Sony is your BEST bet.

Can I delete on the fly?
I have an older walkman and I find I need to delete items, but can't on the fly. Can the newer walkmans do this?
Yes, you can delete songs just as easily like with the older models. I hope that helps/answers your question!
