Really cool product but has its Pros and Cons.
I read most reviews and some of them I think are not necessarily true for my situation. For example the Motion Sensors are pretty accurate. If I walk up to my door or when Im leaving, (since im wearing my apple watch) both my watch and phone get immediate notification.

Cons: Without the 3/month or 30/year subscription all you can do is answer the bell or watch live feed. Which is fine if you just want this as a digital doorbell. The downside is that I havent been able to get my phone to ring when the notification pops up which is weird, will continue to try! So if you do miss the "doorbell ring" and you dont have the subscription, you wont know who was at your door .
Installation was pretty easy even and I installed directly into the wall wiring.

Just installed my alarm 3 days ago.Installation was a breeze.I used the double stick tape on all the sensors. Make sure you clean surface area before mounting .I used screws to mount the keypad & extra siren .Although the screws proved were to short for this purpose.I also subscribed to the $24.99 a month monitoring plan.That way I have access to the phone app & interactive monitoring with computer & phone.I also receive text & emails when an alarm goes off.I've tested this feature yesterday and I received a text within seconds of alarm going off.The base alarm is pretty loud but I must say the extra alarm that I mounted outside is REALLY loud.I recommend that you purchase one.The only complaint I have is the keypad doesn't light up .Only the display lights up when the buttons are pressed.
