Very well built and easy fitting headphones that sound great. They block outside noise really well, so don't require a lot of volume. A little bulky on the ear, but you don't notice it after wearing for a bit. Typical for most headphones now, they have a bit more "low end enhancement" which colors the sound. I prefer a flat sound in my headphones, but it seems almost impossible to find in this price range.

I've tried a number of SSDs at this price point as upgrades on Mac machines. None are as reliable and fast as these SanDisk! The 480gb is even a bit quicker than the 240gb, which is also great. Machine improvement is unbelievable on older 2008-2010 hardware, keeping them from permanent retirement!

These drives are great! Adds new life to any computer. There are a number of SSD competitors at this price point, but the Sandisk ones have been the most reliable in my experience. I've replaced the mechanical drives in 4 Macbook and Macbook Pro laptops, 5 iMacs and they all just work exactly as expected with GREAT performance gains over the standard hard drive.

Yes, this set along with the other SUHD Samsung curved sets are actual 10 bit displays. The only other flat displays on the market with full 10 bit and HDR are from Sony (930c and 940c).

What is the storage capacity? 4 TB, or 2 TB storage plus 2 TB mirror?
This mirror storage device has two separate hard drives. The description refers to 4 TB, but that could mean 4 TB storage w/ another 4 TB mirror drive OR it could actually mean 2 TB with the other 2 TB being the mirror portion.
It has two 2tb drives in the chassis, for a total of 4tb. These are WD Red drives, by the way, which are awesome!

I like the local fail safe feature but can this device also be backed up to a service like carbonite?
Yes, it can be backed up to other cloud storage. Comes loaded with the apps for Amazon's cloud and one other.

Raid1 configuration
I have read other places that if a raid were to go it cannot be replaced? Is that true i would think that is the whole benifit of configuring this as raid1 so if a drive were to go bad you can hot swap it.
Yes, it will hot swap if one drive fails. Auto-copies when the new drive is initialized and you are back to full strength. Faster RAID O configuration is possible, but of course much more risky for data failure.

How much pwer does it draw when idle?
Since it is always on, I was wondering if anyone had hooked it up to a meter to determine how much energy it pulls.
I haven't done a power draw test, but it does spin the drives down when there is no network traffic, so pretty low power.
