I tested this touch screen laptop in store and it was very very laggy just doing simple tasks like opening IE and navigating to a website. I was purchasing this laptop for my young niece to use for simple tasks. I asked the Best Buy associate if the actual computer would be this laggy/unresponsive/slow and he said no...that this one was probably messed with and had some SW installed on it that shouldn't have been (spyware/malware, etc).
I ended up taking his word for it and purchased the laptop. I took it home to set it up for my niece - install MS office, etc... and it is in fact horrible slow/laggy. I returned it the next day and ended up getting a different computer.
