Extremely Fast Router great for home and office!

I have had a couple months to run this through all kinds of speed tests and real world tests and the Lynksys EA9500 router passes every test with beyond exceptional coverage and speed no matter where you are in our 2,000 square foot house.
I will start by telling you what we use the extra bandwidth we receive using this router which replaced an older Cisco Linksys WRT160N router so needless to say it's like a night and day difference in speed and coverage and I cannot stress enough just how good the EA9500 is! First of all my wife works at home and has her own office, which is where the router is setup at. It is located on the main floor in the front middle of the house. She works for the local hospital whom provides her laptop and the old router. With the old router she would have disconnection problems and since we received this bad boy she hasn't had any login, dropped signal issues, or system lockups which has reduced her stress tremendously.
We also have 3 of our own laptops, 1 tablet, 3 smart TV's, 4 android phones, a ps3, ps4, xbox 360, and 2 Dish network receiver's and all are running off of this wireless router. Now of course they aren't all running at the same time but we have had most of them running at the same time which is the reason she was having the issues I mentioned above. Now, my wife can be working while my daughter is streaming Netflix on her laptop while doing her snap chat on her phone and I can play my game's online in the living room while my mother in law is in her living room downstairs watching dish and we have speed to spare! No more worries about disconnections on any of our devices no matter what we are doing and that makes the expense of this router well worth it and I will definitely recommend this to any and everyone!
I did have some issue's on where to put this because it is over twice as big as any router we have ever had. So I ended up on moving the router off of her desk and onto a 2 door file cabinet which works perfectly. Just so you know how big it is just picture 3- 12 inch laptop's stacked on each other and that should give you an idea, but with the speed of this router it is not an issue.
Last of all is the range which is another amazing feature of the EA9500 that has rendered my Lynksys Max-Stream AC1900+ Range Extender all but useless fortunately and unfortunately since we get a full signal on our phones and laptop's all the way across the street and almost to the neighbor's back yard before it starts to drop and I can't go far enough in the backyard to lose any signal. This is awesome to a point! You have to make sure and setup all the security that this beast offers, which it has more features than most people will even know what to do with. But with that said, there are an abundance of information on the Lynksys website and there support staff that I have dealt with, have been more than helpful in resolving any questions I have. As a Network Tech, I can safely say that this is by far, the best and fastest home router I've ever had the pleasure of setting up and using. If you still are on the fence about buying a $400 router, just try it out for a week for yourself and if you're not satisfied then you can always take it back. That is one of the great thing's about Best Buy, they give you a plenty big enough return window to try it out with. But I doubt that once you get this hooked up and running, that you will be at all unhappy with it! Thanks for reading my book and I hope it helps.

I didn't have any problems with the system being able to see the drive and was extremely easy to clone my old slow mechanical drive to this one and was completely done in 35 minute's! I couldn't be happier. As far as longevity goes, I can't give a review on this, since this is the first PNY ssd I have purchased and have only been using it for a month without any issues. For the price and speed of this drive it just can't be beat and will update my review if anything changes. I highly recommend you give PNY a shot as you won't be disappointed.

As far as protecting your phone from damage it's an excellent case but I ended up returning it because it was more of a pain talking on your phone with the way it's designed so for me it just wasn't something I liked. I was very hesitant to buy this speaker after hearing it in the store but thankfully I trusted the reviews and went ahead and bought it. I'm not sure what they did to make it sound that bad in the store but I was pleasantly surprised when I hooked it up at home. Coming from a smaller set of Infinity primus theater pack to this is like night and day, the klipsch has so much more fuller and louder sound than what I had that I really can't compare the 2 different sets and it just makes me wish I would have upgraded years ago! I bought this and a set of KF-26 Floor standing speakers and they sound awesome together and I can actually hear the voices in movies now without having to wake the neighborhood although I can wake them if I really felt like it with this setup! The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is that I feel it's a bit overpriced when you can buy a reference series ll center channel speaker for $50 to $100 more and have better looking and better sounding speaker although that is my thoughts on how they sound and might sound differently to you but I do recommend listening to both before buying. I still highly recommend this speaker as it still sounds better than any other center channel that best buy carries including in the magnolia section of the store. Have fun shopping and enjoy building your new system as much as I did!

It has all the features that I was looking for plus a detachable face which was just the icing on the cake. It was pretty simple to install into my freightliner even though it's almost impossible to find wiring diagrams for trucks unless you know someone. Once installed it sounds fantastic with the stock speakers and no amp but those will be the next upgrades to get the most out of my sirius xm satellite radio.

Yes, we installed it on a very similar dual purpose hp laptop/tablet with a touchscreen and it works perfectly. Even with having to download it as our laptop doesn't have a disk drive which made me a bit leary but I was worried for no reason. Hope this helps and if you want to make sure it will work then you can download a trial version to test it out with but not all functions work on the trial software, just so you know.

Hello, Can anyone confirm if microphones during phone calls are noise cancelling microphones ? do they cancel background and ambient noise during phone calls so the other person on the other side dont hear the background noise around you ?
Yes they do to a certain extent as I am a truck driver and have a serious amount of background noise when I'm driving and the only headset that I've found to get rid of all noise is the blueparrot headsets but these do run a pretty close second as the person on the other end could hear some background noise but not enough to be distracting while talking, so I hope that helps.

Are the antennas detachable?
Yes but I don't know why you would want to remove them as it might kill your signal.

Is this wall mountable?
No, it's very big and a lot heavier than most home router's and there isn't any nail slots on the bottom. Your best bet would be to put a 12 inch shelf on the wall.

The description lists a spacer that comes with the SSD. What is the spacer for? Is it to mount the 2.5 SSD into a 3.5 slot?
The spacer is to mount into laptops. Most ssd drives are only 7mm thick and laptops are built big enough to fit old mechanical drive's which are 9mm thick and the spacer keeps your drive from bouncing around and getting damaged inside a laptop. If you're installing this in a case then you don't need the spacer.

What is required to transfer the data on the original HD in a PC to the SSD (e.g., harness , adapter, etc.)?
All that you need is a usb to ssd III cable which you can buy from amazon for between $5 to $10 bucks.
