I was 100% satisfied with this TV until Amazon app stoped working, for which I mainly use this TV. Everything else seems to work fine except Amazon. I'm not sure if it will resolve the problem but is it possible to delete a certain app and re-download?

There’s one wrinkle that I can’t figure out: whenever the screen goes black for a second either to load a new scene in a game or to switch videos, the screen becomes very dark/dim for 10-20 seconds before it adjusts. Is there any setting to change this?

We cannot get cox cable to work. We hooked it up to the HDMI in the back. It's not a standard digital cable box, it's one of those little converter boxes they give you for basic cable, but it was just working on our previous tv before we switched them.

How long shall the sale go on? How long shall the set lastt? All my major appliances are LG since they 1st came out & had no ideal. LG stands for life is good or looking good. &Ipnly Sears will service them in LA.
I Never use Sear to service anything, I have had nothing but trouble with anything I buy or Use At SEARS!!! Take the TV Only to Geek Squad To Be Fixed, I Have not had any problems with LG 4k TVS!!! Buy The Geek Squad Protection Plan for 5yrs, then you would be in great shape if anything goes wrong, which I Doubt.Buy the Right 4K Rocketfish cables &4K Surge Protector for this TV Please to Keep running great & to get the best Picture & Safety for you. You Might have a Defective Outer Case , Like my husband did, he has temores & drops things so I bought him a black kids case the holes were not cut out right?? I had to return it to the Geek Squad, they saw what the problem was & fixed it with a New Outer Case!! My husbands would give him a funny message every time he turn on his Amazon Fire 7 & then shut off again!!
