Not a good experience

They did not call like they said they would before they showed up, they gave no instructions on using the oven, they left tape on the front of the oven, not sure if it is anywhere else because I can't see between the appliances. They left the rack attached to the burner in the oven by wire. They had to move a chair to get in and out of the door and you can see the marks on the carpet where they dragged the chair. They turned the range on to see if it worked I assume, then just left, got in the truck and drove off. We thought they would be back to show us how to use the range.
