A little quirky, but a great little soundbar

I've had this for about a month and can say it was well worth the money. First, in comparing this to other soundbars at my local Best Buy, this one outperformed others comparable in price, as well as a few of the more expensive models. Setup was simple, although the optical cable (included) was a bit difficult to attach to soundbar itself but after a little caressing, it finally attached.
My only complaint: Bluetooth connectivity. This thing has difficulty staying connected to my smartphone (Samsung s8+) occasionally. Music being played from my phone will periodically cut in and out until it drops connection from the sound bar. The only solution I've found that alleviates this issue for a considerable period of time is to disconnect and forget device, before re-pairing it to the soundbar. Overall, a great purchase, with excellent sound and well worth the price.

Enjoy up to 8 hours of listening with these Jaybird X3 wireless earphones. Their Bluetooth connectivity syncs with the MySound app to create custom sound profiles, and they're sweat-proof for use during intense workouts. These Jaybird X3 wireless earphones are 34 percent smaller than the previous X2 model for comfort even under a helmet.

Better comfort than x2 but suffers range.

Purchased these after a fairly extensive review of their updated features. Previously, I owned the x2's and enjoyed the sense of freedom of cutting the cord, but unfortunately they weren't too comfortable, even with the various sets of earbuds. Fast forward to the x3. Fitment wise, I was able to achieve a good comfort level with these, limiting outside noise and staying put during runs, agility workouts and even some HIIT sessions. Sound wise, the improvements they've made have hands down made these earbuds awesome for all genres of music. I myself have found EDM being my go to, and the clarity and bass are excellent. Battery life is compatible to the x2, but upon startup provides a voice notification of the battery life. Charging the x3 is unlike the micro USB from the x2 as it uses a small charging connector that attaches to the control pod on the earbuds. Lose that little guy and you'll be looking for a replacement. Now here is my biggest issue - Range/connectivity. With the x2, I was able to achieve a range of 65-70 ft before songs would begin to become choppy and the connection would drop. With the x3, no more than 30 ft before songs begin to become choppy and signal is dropped. As for the connectivity issues, occasionally the connection becomes erratic, and songs will become choppy, even within feet of my phone. Honestly, this was an issue I had with the x2 as well, but it wasn't as prevalent as now. As a solution, I've found positioning my phone a little higher off the ground usually fixes the issue. Finally, the Jay bird app as great as it is, is still a work in progress. For myself, if I do not connect to the x3 with my device prior to opening the app, I will repeatedly receive "headphones connected" notification. The only fix I've found is disconnecting the earbuds from my device, closing the app, reconnecting to the earbuds, and then opening the app. Because of this, I stay away from the app.
All-in-all, the x3 is a definite improvement from the x2 in regards to sound and comfort, but it's lack in range may interfere with workouts that involve some movement away from your source of music.

Excellent product for an excellent price

I had read numerous reviews from here, as well as other websites on this product. After a little hesitation, I purchased this product. Out of the box, other than the VR itself, there were two straps and a user manual. Setup was a breeze, and the downloads depend on your speeds at home for installation of the app and any updates to the VR. As for the VR itself, it's been nothing but a blast for myself, family and friends. Some apps involve more motion than others which may cause some motion sickness, but all in all it's been well worth the money spent. Yes, it's not an Rift but is not tethered like the rift, so now need for a high performance comouter, only a Samsung compatible phone (6+, Note 5)
Positives: Price, entertainment value, untethered
Negatives: App Price, touch pad, phone heats up during prolonged use.
A few notes: Most apps cost money. Some a few bucks, others upwards of $10.00. Yes, there are free apps, and I would recommend playing the developer apps, as they are free and usually some of the most entertaining. Milk VR is Samsung's version of the Ocolus store, a must have.
Recommendations: A good pair of headphones, swivel chair and controller. Headphones only enhance the overall experience. Swivel chair allows you to see the entire 360° field of view, seeing EVERYTHING going on. Finally, a good pairable controller is a must. If you spend more than 30 minutes on here playing games, you need a controller. I picked up the MOGA PRO for 49.99 from Amazon and it has increased the enjoyment/entertainment factor exponentially.

Savor vibrant graphics via the Super AMOLED display on this Samsung Galaxy S8+. Equipped with a fast-charging 3500mAh battery and a powerful Snapdragon 835 processor, this device has a formidable standby time and runs multiple apps simultaneously. Equipped with a curved 6.2-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen and protected with Corning Gorilla glass, this Samsung Galaxy S8+ makes a durable communicative companion.

will this samsung phone that is 150 off work with the buy one get one free with direct tv from att. will it include the charger for both phones?

I'm not too sure if I clearly understand the question but if you're trying to combine offers, you may have to ask in-store at a Best Buy. Now as for the phones themselves, unless otherwise stated, each phone should be boxed individually, with all accessories. Those accessories are the USB C cable, USB wall plug and headphones. Hope this helps.

Anyone else having problems charging? Headphones were working great until a few days ago when it just stopped charging. Light is red as if charging but as soon as I unplug it and try to turn it on it tells me to charge and powers off.

Haven't had this issue yet and I hope I don't. Have you tried a different micro USB than the provided one? Also, you could try a different USB power outlet. Hopefully it's just the cord who is the culprit.

Does anyone who owns the X3s have either of the previous versions? I have the originals (and am happy with them) and am wondering if it's worth it to upgrade. How do the X3s compare to the previous versions?

After having the x2's, the sound is a huge improvement! Additionally, the Jaybird application allows for adjustments of the sound of the earbuds, even providing some presets for various genres of music. Battery life is about 6-7 hrs, but does use a different charger than the micro USB of the 2's. Finally, the range is a definite issue if you plan on having your device away from you more than 25-30 feet. The x2's provided me a range of around 60 ft, allowing for me to move around the gym freely. With these, if I plan on going away from my rack, I usually have to take my phone with me.
