I have had very bad luck with PNY. I've had SSDs fail without warning, flash drives that got so hot when writing to them you had to wait to put them in your pocket. After over a month with this unit I'm so far impressed. It's fast and doesn't get hot. Longevity I can't tell yet, but so far so good.

It's just a basic, decent quality memory card. Working well so far. I can't judge the speed, my camera is slow, not the card's fault. Longevity of course needs time to tell, but with a long time in computers I've never had a Sandisk anything fail.

There's no need to critique the musical content on this album. It's Pink Floyd. If you didn't like them you wouldn't be reading this. The music is just as incredible as it was in 1975.
This re-release is a very fitting tribute to the content on it. The vinyl is heavy, extremely well pressed, and gorgeous. It sounds velvet smooth, the highs are bright, lows are tight. It is simply pleasing, and stunning, to listen to. Turn the lights low and leave the cell phone in the other room. Close your eyes, relax, listen closely and enjoy.
The jacket and sleeve are faithful reproductions of the original release. Even the post card is included.
If you love Floyd, and have re-discovered the beauty of vinyl...or even if you're just now starting into vinyl...you must buy this album.

Bought a stereo tuner off ebay. Seller didn't bother to mention it has a British plug on it! Fortunately it is voltage-selectable, so all I needed to make it work in the USA is this adapter. Could have saved a ton of money if I bought one on-line, but wanted it quick, so...this worked just fine.

Better than original release

KISS Alive! was the very first album I bought in my life...somewhere in the mid 70s. The show and flash KISS put on was incredible. The music was great for its time. This album BB sells is a very faithful reproduction of the original, except for one improvement, the vinyl is far superior than the original. That is likely the reason the music sounds better than I can remember it. Very clear, full. The album jacked is identical to the original, which is cool. I'm glad I bought this..not only does it bring back a flood of memories, I still enjoy listening to KISS!

The music doesn't need to be rated...it's Rush 2112! Musically the album sounds so much better than digital...no compression, has that warm sound so missed by people who grew up in the vinyl days. The disc quality is very high, no pops, tics, and it tracks perfectly. The album jacket brings me back to the good ol' days when admiring the jackets was half the fun of buying a new album. If you're a Rush fan...or even just a vinyl fan...buy this, it is essential!

Not the fastest SSD if you look at the numbers. Personally I can't detect the difference between this unit and my Samsung 850 drive. It's plenty fast enough for a decent workstation. With the price dropping weekly this is a no-brainer upgrade.

Read bunches of unbiased and independent reviews on how to "cut the cable" at home. All of them recommended this unit. After buying I understand why. Super easy to set up, thousands of channels (most free), instant response to remote commands, has an optical output so easy to get 5.1 out of the home theater system, does U4K conversion, once you've used the voice search function of the remote you'll wish everything worked that easy. I'm going to replace the Roku 2, Roku 3, and Roku Streaming Stick units I have now with this unit quick as I can afford to! Hint: Put Plex on it. Digitize your movies onto a computer in your home. Super easy to call up whatever movie you want to watch when you want to watch it.

I have a drill Doctor and it has a 3 pins power cord I think it's from UK do I need adapter or a step up transformer
Unless the drill is multi-voltage compatible you will need a converter. A drill will use a bit of power, possibly more than most cheap adapters will handle (they're made more for things like electric shavers) but there are ones that will handle all the way up to a hair dryer, get one capable of that and you should be good to go.

I bought a used amplifier made for the German market. It has an electrical plug with two round rods. The unit has a 110/220 switch on the back. I believe the plug is a standard European plug. Will this power adaptor accept this type of plug?

Can this run a Plex server?
I'm using this unit as the boot drive in my Plex server. Machine fires up quickly, and since it runs continuously the power savings of a SSD over a spinning drive adds up. It's far too small capacity wise to keep any more than a few movies on it though. My 400+ movies are on a 5TB "regular" drive in the same box.
