Good TV But significant burn in issues

I contacted Best Buy and they offered many excuses but no actual help. The picture is great but there is significant burn in residue on this set. It was sold as brand new but it seems hard to believe as this issue happened from day one. I have the contrast and brightness lowered from my initial setup so that is not the issue as they tried to blame. At this stage I have no idea if this is a problem with just my TV or the product line? My guess is I have a problem set...

Good idea but never works correctly

Screen protectors in general have to be improved as far as installation goes, even when it is put in place by the Pros at your store, there are always small imperfections and bubbles present. This product is no better or worse than other screen protectors, the difference is the warrantee is fantastic by Zagg but again after having purchased these for every phone I have owned, you always sacrifice clarity for protection.
