Great size but tall when stacked

We bought this dryer and matching washer to replace a pair that was 19 years old. I love the drum size because I can wash large loads of laundry and dry them too! Works well but there are a lot of setting to get used to. We have ours stacked with the matching washer and I am 5' 8" tall and have to reach above my head for the controls to the dryer. It wouldn't work if your were short. They are also next to a sink/laundry tub and stick out at least 6" further. Make sure you have enough room for these.

When our washer and dryer were delivered it was discovered that the stacking kit had a bend in it. They were willing to get a new one but I realized that this would delay the installation. They were able to flatten our the bent piece and I don't usually look at the side where it happened so it doesn't bother me. It works fine! Besides, if your are stacking your washer and dryer I don't think that there are many options.

Best Buy had us purchase these when we bought our washer and dryer. I was surprised upon delivery and installation that our washer already came with some hoses, although not stainless steel. I felt that we were made to purchase something that wasn't necessary, thus the 3 stars, but we decided that the stainless steel hoses seemed higher quality so we decided to keep them. In the 2 months since installation I haven't had any trouble with them.

Not long enough

When we purchased our washer and dryer Best Buy had us buy this cord. We stacked our washer and dryer but we wanted to put them in the space of the old washer. When they were delivered and installed we realized that this cord was too short to reach from the top of the dryer to the outlet. We had to have the washer and dryer in a different position until we got a longer cord (much cheaper somewhere else) and returned this one. But it worked fine while we were using it.

We bought this washer (and dryer) to replace my pair that was 19 years old. I have to say that I love the size of the drum. We are only a family of 4 but I tend to only do laundry once a week. Since buying this I can do larger loads of laundry, cutting down on the work. There are a lot of settings, and it takes some getting used to, but I just kept referring back to the book. But, with a larger interior comes a larger exterior. We have ours stacked with the matching dryer and I am 5' 8" tall and have to reach above my head for the controls to the dryer. They are also next to a sink/laundry tub and stick out at least 6" further. Make sure you have enough room for these.
