Poor Door Seal Design

Ours is less than 2 years old and the seal on the freezer door is unrepairable. The technician tried to install a new seal but it won’t stay in the plastic groove. With a 4.4 rating I expected no issues but, I’m told, it can’t be fixed which makes it unusable!

It's been great but now...

After a year the touch-pad has started to malfunction. Right clicking can cause the cursor to move or cause a left click to occur. That makes it really tough to repeatedly cut and paste or use the right click function for other purposes. The shift keys and some of the letters on the left side of the keyboard don't always recognize being pressed. I use this machine every day and understand it won't last forever but was hoping for longer than a year or two.

The only complaint is that it would be nice if they had softer padding but the fact that they don't may explain their durability. No issues with connecting via Bluetooth.

Worked for a while but...

This cable worked for a while but then my iPhone would give me an error saying it wasn't a compatible accessory. Then my phone quit recognizing the cable at all. Best Buy did exchange them though for new ones so that helps.
