As far as this collection goes, it does exactly what it says on the box... A collection of the first four 'Batman' feature films in DVD format. That is exactly what you get here.
I could write reviews for days on the films themselves, so instead I will simply say that depending on your own personal taste you will enjoy 50%-100% of the movies included. There are definitely worse collections floating around out there...

"Iron Man: The Movie: The Game" is a mediocre game living in the shadow of an above-average film.

You sit by your boarded-up window and listen for any sign of movement outside. When you're pretty sure it's clear, you open your door slightly and slowly slip outside and into the deserted street, armed to the teeth. The streets are littered — trash and the remains of your neighbors saturate the streets. As you make your way down the sidewalk, you hear a noise behind you and whip around to check it out. It's the old lady who lived upstairs, but she looks...different. She's heading your way with a bloodthirsty look in her eyes. This is no time to be squeamish — she'll be just the first of many standing in your way. Will you make it out of London? More importantly, will you stay human? It's 2012 and London is falling. In ZombiU, the Last Blight is upon us and humanity has been ravaged by a sickness worse than death. Designed to take advantage of the Wii U and its unique controller, the game tests your will to survive. Use the Wii U controller as your Bug-Out Bag and keep it stocked with supplies, including food, weapons, ammo, first aid and more, and defend your home against the infected horde outside your door. Feel your adrenaline rush as you try to keep your eyes on the television and the controller screen at the same time. Try to stay alive, but if you do succumb, watch out for your online friends who will hunt you down to loot your supplies. Wake up as another survivor and try to escape your old character who has now become infected. Challenge your friends to Survivors vs. Zombies mode and use the Wii U controller to play as Zombie Master, or use the classic controller and play as a survivor. Try to stay alive — and more importantly try to stay human — in this fear-fueled game of survival.

An example of Potential

I picked this game up on sale having heard lots of mixed things about it.
Being a launch title for the Wii U I assumed it was going to be all flash and very little substance. I was surprised at how much I genuinely enjoyed myself with it. I don't even usually like Zombie games!
This game is one of the few non-Nintendo-developed games on Wii U that I have played where I felt as though the GamePad controller was given the proper amount of attention by the developers. It's got many uses and I was never annoyed by it or felt like I was being forced to do something unnatural.
The game itself is a Zombie-Survival-Horror First Person shooter, so I expected something fairly average and thankfully I was wrong. There is a lot of unique charm to this game, and one of the things I loved best was discovering that it takes several queues from the Souls series by From Software. (Demon's Souls, Dark Souls, etc.)
You start the game as a survivor that makes it to a safe house in the subway system underneath London and you begin receiving help and direction from someone who communicates with you through a tablet device (GamePad!)... but the best part is after you die. Suddenly you are back at the original safe house controlling a completely different survivor. This new character has to try and pick up where their predecessor left off. This means that if you've got a couple awesome items or weapons, you'll often choose to leave one behind in case you die... that way the next guy/gal has something better than just a pistol and a cricket bat to start with.
Oh and the guy that died before you? He's a zombie now of course. If you can find him and make him un-undead, then you get to retrieve whatever items or weapons he had on him when he died!
See? That's sweet right?
Just makes me more frustrated that publishers are so afraid of getting into serious developing for the Wii U. There is a lot of untapped potential in this system.
Anyways.
It's not the greatest game ever, or even on the Wii U right now, but it's definitely better than I think any one would have assumed given the name or packaging... I'd recommend giving it a shot.

Players, start your engines. It's time to once again get on the racing circuit and compete against characters from the Mushroom Kingdom that you know and love. For the first time on the Nintendo Wii U console, you get to experience the racing action that has been a fan favorite for years, with a few added features to keep things interesting. So buckle up, push the pedal to the floor and get ready to turn this classic racing experience upside down. With new racing circuits, new gameplay features and a stunning new look, Mario Kart 8 certainly lives up to the legacy. The new anti-gravity feature will have you suddenly finding yourself racing on walls in a haunted mansion or upside-down over Princess Peach's castle — not to worry, the wheels on your kart will automatically rotate and shift into antigravity gear for an awesome racing element that allows mind-blowing new circuit designs. The previous games in the Mario Kart franchise introduced some amazing features, so they're back for more in Mario Kart 8. You can still see who's got what it takes in 12-player online competitive play. Hang gliders and motorbikes are back, as well as underwater racing and mid-air tricks, while Waluigi and Toadette rejoin the cast of characters. As the icing on the cake, the crisp, high-definition graphics and 60-frames-per-second frame rate of your Nintendo Wii U ensure a visually stunning and vibrant gameplay experience that you won't soon forget.

Mario Kart 8 is so close to being the best possible Mario Kart game so far. Every Mario character you can think of is playable, and there are even a few you probably can't think of. There are MANY customizable Kart parts to choose from, and it seems like you're always unlocking more.
The tracks are a wonderful mixture of both new and original tracks, as well as expertly updated versions of classic Mario Kart tracks from the previous 7 games.
Local multiplayer is excellent as always, and Online Multiplayer hasn't given me one problem. Very fun.
My one huge glaring complaint is the way they chose to implement 'Battle Mode'... This is as close as Mario Kart gets to 'deathmatch', in that you're not racing to a finish line, but instead are just trying to pop everyone else's balloons before yours are popped. Last Man standing type situation. The best rendition of this mode was back on the N64, where it was treated with custom 'arena' style levels designed specifically for this game type. If Mario Kart 8 had simply done the same, this would have been the greatest Mario Kart game, hands down.
Unfortunately this game places its Battle Mode matches on the same tracks that you race on in the standard racing mode... but with no 'finish line'. So it's basically a long winding hallway that players drive down in one of two directions. It doesn't allow for any real interesting differences in how the game is played, and therefore I say that Battle Mode is a humongous missed opportunity in this game.
Having said that, the other 80% of the game is near perfection.
Recommended Highly.

Lego Star Wars great for younger kids

My young son is a big fan of all the "LEGO" games and shows and this DVD is no different. If your kid is still a little too young to watch real Star Wars movies such as The Empire Strikes Back, then this DVD will do just fine.

I came away from the Amazing Spider-man much more positively than I had anticipated. I'm not a big fan of the 'Ultimate Spider-man' storyline which much of this film draws from, and the less said about the 'new suit design' the better. That being said, Andrew Garfield did a more than decent job filling the webbed tights and Emma Stone did a wonderful job in the boots of Gwen Stacy. The on-screen chemistry between the two leads is probably one of the best things about this particular film.
I don't want to post an entire treatise, so I'll briefly sum up the things that I think are my biggest peeves about this particular take on Spider-man.
- Dr. Connors/Lizard is written terribly. The potential for character-driven drama with this villain in particular makes this even more frustrating for me. When a character suddenly pulls an about face and becomes a super-villain for no discernible reason you've got a poorly written character.
- Uncle Ben's death in this movie is feels rushed and fairly unimportant. Sorry Martin Sheen, I liked your performance just fine.
- While watching the movie I had a running total of how many New Yorkers knew Spider-man's 'secret' identity constantly updating in my head. I stopped keeping track at about 65...

What's great about it: The cast does a good job. Overall shot composition is excellent.
What's not so great: The plot is noticeably cut to pieces and weak. Some characters are just poorly written.

My 3 year old loves the Super Hero Squad tv show, so I got him this game as a gift. There is a good variety of playable characters and abilities that make sense for each. Gameplay is straightforward, and for anyone over the age of 7, it will likely become boring after the second level. The only real difficulty comes from some of the bosses where the obvious strategies don't work and it requires a bit of trial and error. There isn't much by way of replay value, but at 15 bucks I feel like my son got enough enjoyment out of it. Even after he beat it he still pops it in from time to time just to play as his favorite super heroes.

What's great about it: Easy for kids to follow and play.
What's not so great: Combat is kind of bland, and at times the difficulty can ramp up unexpectedly for younger kids who simply button-mash.
