It was advertised on the website as a convection microwave. It is not. The controls are clunky and the extend a vent was broken in a week. I had to tape it shut. You can get a lot better microwave for a lot less money than this one. If it wasn't installed over my oven and a major pain to take it down I would have brought it back. It ranks as one of my worst purchases eever.
