Needed Protection but Watered Down Service

I always purchase AppleCare, so I have 2 incidents within 2 years and it's come in handy often. Unfortunately Apple's care has lost it's edge now that partnered with Best Buy. The only good is to buy AppleCare if you live near an Apple store because they've have you in and out with a new device within 1 hour. The really really bad is that Best Buy doesn't even carry replacements for any model of iPhone at least, which made me without my new 7 Plus for a week for service to be completed.
