Ear buds deliver good sound at a solid price, the memory foam tips seem like a neat idea though unfortunately they don't fit in my (admittedly larger than average ears). Mic quality is good for voice commands and talking on the phone.

Great machine for print happy homes

Bought this printer to replace an overused HP Photosmart and to cut down on ink bills. Device was easy to set up and configure (including registering with Google Cloud Print) for our network and all our computers/tablets/phones/etc. Printing/scanning is fast and the toner cartridges last quite a while. Only con is that the color quality isn't good enough to handle photo printing (was never advertised/expected to be, so no surprise here).
Definitely recommend for any household that handles a lot of documents (students, work from home, active volunteer, etc).

Simple, Powerful, and Affordable

I bought the C720P to replace the Samsung ARM Chromebook I broke (apparently plastic laptops are weak against concrete floors) and I couldn't be happier. Device is fluid and I haven't gotten a hiccup from it regardless of how many tabs I've had open. Battery life has lasted me all day without reaching for the charger (and when I do the device charges quickly). Chrome OS is the same on this device as any other, whether that works for you or not will depend on your individual needs.

can you hook up an external drive to this laptop/also can you use an external web cam to go on chat sites on the internet like Chatrolette ,Chatcity, or even use Skype to make a webcam call?..thank you
You can hook up a USB flash drive (never tried it with an external HDD), and you can use the webcam with any chrome extension or website but I must warn you as of writing this there's no Web version of Skype so you can't use it with Chrome OS devices.

If so what do they look like? Where are they located in the packaging?
There aren't physical passes, they become associated with your account whenever you activate a new Chromebook. Check out https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/devices/goodies.html for instructions/current offers.
