She first opened it the screen protecter was a bit dirty.
Sound is too low.
Ringtones are also very low.
But the most disturbing fact was when she plugged it to charge it did not charge even after two hours. Light was on charging indication was there but mob did not charge.
We tried a different charger which started to charge it but literally it took 3 hours to get 51 percent charging. I am not sure what to do with the fone now as I am back to my country.
This is just a waste of money!!! Bery much disoppointed. I read people's reviews before buying it and there were pretty much positive reviews about it but for me it turned out to be just a loss of money and also caused me embarrasement!
