I purchase Apple Care for all my Apple products not only for the obvious reasons for warantee purposes (laptops are fragile) but mostly for the best and easiest customer care in the industry. Apple agents don't talk down to their customers but communicate so that those of us who are not experts really understand our problems. One ability they are trained in is to summarize your explanations succinctly which cuts down on the frustration levels that customers experience.

I love the new touch bar and I am getting to use it more efficiently. We used to think it was just there to use once in a while. I enjoy Siri and the finger print sign in. I am pleased with the battery life and the computer charges up very quickly. The keyboard is vastly improved and makes typing easier. All in all I am pleased.
