I like most people found the new prequels lacking compared to the original trilogy. This one finds it getting back on track. Though nothing original, it recaptures the magic and fun that the original trilogy had. And the blu ray looks and sounds fantastic.

Nice, sturdy stands. My only complaint would be I bought these to go with my Vizio 5.1 sound bar setup and the speaker wires will not fit through these so I had to find a work around for that. I bought these for that sound bar because they were recommended. As long as you are using them with standard speaker wire that you can fish through the tube these are a great pickup.

Compared to other sound bars on the market, I feel like this one is tough to beat for the price. I've seen a few others comment that it almost has too much base at times which I can somewhat agree with. You just have to get your stuff setup properly in your room. With some calibrated settings (you can find these online), this is a great 4K TV. Only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is there are definitely better ones out there. The OLED ones blow this out of the water, but they also cost about four times as much. For the price this is easily one of the best 4K TVs out there. No 3D support, and some smart TV features that some users would probably find lacking, but those were not important features to me. If you're looking for a $1500 or less 4K TV in this size range I don't think you can go wrong with this set.

Does anyone know if I could power and play a turntable through this with an RCA to HDMI cord input into the sound bar? Would I need a "preamp"?
Or could I possibly power my turntable with an existing amp and go from that into the sound bar via "Aux"?

JC, I'm not an expert on this by any means, but looking at your question either option should work for you. As long as you can feed your sound signal through an HDMI, digital optical, or 1/8 stereo input connection (which this soundbar takes) you should be good to go.
