I was drawn to this movie, basically, because I love Hawaii. The story was secondary to me. I know...silly. However, I was pleasantly surprised. I suppose I shouldn't have been with such a talented cast.
The movie contained so many elements: love, growth, humor, human interaction and love of the land. The characters interacted excellently and the plot developed consistently throughout the film, as did the characters.
I recommend this movie to everyone! It's a movie you feel good about watching!

At first glance, this story focuses on the end of life--dreary retirement, loneliness and death in a foreign land. Granted, it has quite a bit of this. Nevertheless, we make this journey with an extremely talented cast of characters who deliver a truly bright tale. Yes, it is the end of life, the end of a type of life and the beginning of so much more.

Somewhat like the book, still an exciting movie

Even though I'm much older than the typical Percy Jackson fan, I love the story. I've read all the books and am enjoying the movies. This movie shows all the characters growing up and becoming more of the heroes they were born to be. I was just a bit disappointed that it wasn't longer, so the viewer could see more of what was in the book.

I love this little computer! I thought I just wanted a "reader" that could be used to play movies as well. I initially purchased the Kindle Fire HD thinking it would be perfect. Nope. It was very proprietary and wouldn't play many videos, the Internet browsing was difficult, and I couldn't use it for work. My Galaxy is fast, responsive, and does everything I want--research, email, write (yes it has an office), and play. I can even use this for my business. I'm very pleased.

What's great about it: Versatility, ease of use, and quality
What's not so great: It can't play Flash video, but it's an Adobe problem. I would also like a HDMI port.

Linksys AC1200 Dual-Band WiFi 5 Router: This router offers wireless speeds of up to 867Mbps so it can handle demanding tasks like video streaming and online gaming. The USB 3.0 port lets you connect a USB storage device and share files across your network.
Is there a setting to extend the range?
There are a few blind spots only 50 feet away. Otherwise the router works great.
I haven't found any way to adjust or extend the range.

pc intergration
Can I use my pc with this tablet? Is there a usb cord that I could connect to my laptop for data transfer?
Yes, you can. There is a USB. Plus, there are folders on the tablet to download content to. Some movies won't play though since Adobe doesn't upgrade their Flash player for Android products any more.
