GREAT customer service!

As everyone knows, Canon products are of the highest quality, so, little needs to be said about that. What I would like to comment on is Best Buy's customer service, I purchased the wrong ink cartridge online, picked up at the store and when I got it home I discovered I had ordered the wrong one (one number off). When I went back to the store, the rep I dealt with was very courteous and helpful, and swapped the wrong cartridge I had for the correct one; even though I had already opened the wrong one. Best Buy has never not had GREAT customer service.
