They ha us up and rounding in a short period. They showed us are everything was programed in the remote. It's a smart tv so we have a lot to learn. Did and very neat job with no mess. They removed all the box's and things that we didn't need. They were great.

Highly recommended but it's been a struggle figuring out how to use it. As long we don't drift to the numerous icons, we're fine. There are so many pop up ads and it doesn't matter how high you have the settings. If I had it to do all over again, I'd probably go back to the HP. The new windows 8.1 is very confusing and I guess in time we'll get use to it.
