The Geek Squad did a great job. They were knowledgeable and were able to use the previous mounting equipment.
The only issue is the scheduling. That was a nightmare. Three visits to the store and two phone calls. The problem was the time to deliver and install did not fit in the Best Buy check boxes. Too bad for the install crew as they were great. I would recommend as the installers were great but fix your scheduling on the computer. I kept getting messages from a Best Buy robot asking to schedule the install. I had it scheduled but when I called I was told it was not scheduled. This happened over and over and over. I even had it in writing and was still told it was not scheduled. It took 4 weeks to get the TV on the wall.
