I purchased this keyboard and mouse combo at the recommendation of a rep from the in store Geek Squad. I love it!! It's easy, light and having the ability to take my laptop and use the mouse anywhere is just another plus. nice looking machine...average on performance

I researched this machine at great length before buying it. I took the time to read the manual before using the machine. The machine spends in my opinion, way too much time "load sensing" and not enough time washing. In a 52 minute cycle it only washed for 12 minutes. It also makes weird noises on the spin cycle. I disliked it so much, I returned it for the Whirlpool Cabrio. This machine was beautifully quiet on the spin cycle, but sounded like a bucket of bolts on the wash cycle. If I could have mixed the two units together, it would have been perfect. Another issue with the LG is the water level. I have learned to just wash regular loads on the heavy duty load which gives enough water to cover your clothes. Many of the HE washers have the water level issue and you have to adjust your choice of wash cycle to accommodate your personal choice on water levels. Bottom line, the LG vs the Whirlpool, if you don't mind noise, the Whirlpool works as well as the LG. If quieter is your thing, then the LG is the better choice.

I tried this washer because I didn't like the LG I had purchased. Unfortunately, this machine was too noisy on the wash cycle...but very quiet on the spin. go figure! If you don't mind a "bolts in a tin can" sound during the wash, then it's worth it. You can listen to the sound
on Youtube video's. The rest of the features are nice and it looks good as well. I returned it, just too noisy for me.
