Talk about a horrible phone. WHAT A JOKE and horrible first impression of an iPhone. Bulky and wonky design and loss of real estate on the screen compared to the bezels. WAY over priced for these specs and was even less impressed with the iPhone 7 - the plastic slate phone. It felt like a non-working demo unit. I brought this back and went back to Android.

I have used the big boys like Samsung and LG Android smartphones, but Huawei has raised the bar above and beyond the big boys. Although I bought this device almost a year after it was released, the specs are absolutely amazing and so is the performance. I hope to see more of the Huawei brand in Best Buy store besides the Honor device because, quite frankly, this is the most advanced device I ever purchased at such a reasonable price. I am looking forward towards my next upgrade. It will be a Huawei.

I bought my Nexus yesterday and when I used it today after a full charge it finished fast is that supposed to happen knowing the fact that this phone has a big battery?
A battery will last based on the usage, background settings for wifi, NFC, App permissions, and cellular connectivity. I have made several adjustments and achieved a remaining percentage of 20-30% left at the end of the day. I would advise going to Android.com and looking at all the setting recommendations for your needs and adjust accordingly. Remember, this is a bare bones OS with no carrier or brand adjustments, so you need to decide what is best for your device in this circumstance, not the manufacturer.

How is the call quality?
I have a hearing disability, which I tend to try many handsets before settling for one with great call quality and volume. I think this was the best phone meeting this criteria since my Blackberry 9700 years ago.

does the headphone jack on the 6p work well? is the sound good when listening to music?
I personally think that it works very well and even better now that Nougat is installed from Android (Google OS). Much of the faint crackling has gone away (compared to Marshmallow OS)

I own the Huawei mate 2 right now, how does this compare? I like my device, I'm just thinking of an upgrade.
Compare side by side on a web browser / split screen. This is your best option to see for yourself.

Will this phone work with my service through AT&T? If I purchase it do I just contact my service carrier to have them activate it?
I am using this device on AT&T. I didn't have to call them. I just took my old sim card out of my old phone and put it in my N6p.

Does this phone work with cricket?
To my knowledge, yes. Cricket is a part of the AT&T family of services. However, it would be best to contact Cricket directly.
