This replaces a Polar HR Monitor that had a broken monitor arm. This was easy to set up and use. It is comfortable to wear and provides just what I need to exercise in my zone. That is important, because as you age the zone narrows.

A throwback to the original 1986 Ironman watch with improved functionality and shock resistant durability.

I have this watch and went swimming in about six feet of water and the watch filled with water. do I have any recourse

Remove what water you can by wiping. Open if you can, then
place in a baggie full of dry rice and close up the bag for at least a week.
Your watch should be dry when you take it out. Reset and it should work.

An alternative if to use absolute alcohol, but this is neater and less expensive.
