This is an absolute essential. I purchased a new 2017 Dell Precision 5520 and it did not have a built-in optical drive. I however had a lot of content (including software) on DVD's and wanted to use/install them. This external drive is perfect and does what it says.
I am very happy with this optical drive. It is slim enough to carry in my laptop bag and looks good too...

Excellent TV but Lousy Remote...

This is a great TV. The picture quality is excellent and it is truly a 'Smart TV'. I watch Netflix, Yupp TV, HBO, You Tube, etc. and have never faced any issues so far.
The only issue I have, and it is quite irritating, is the 'Remote Control'! I believe, the people who made the keys for the remote did not apply their mind before allocating places to the different keys on the remote. It's a nightmare using the 'Smart TV Hub' option on this TV with this remote. One needs to be extra careful not to press the 'exit' button (which is just next to the 'down' and 'right' keys. I must have pressed the 'exit' button at least 20 times so far in the past 1 month and it's frustrating when you are watching Netflix or CNN or any other 'live streaming' as it takes an eternity for getting back to the program you were initially watching once you've exited from it!
