I purchased these headphones after reading the reviews. I have to admit I was hesitant since they do not have noise reduction. I realize after purchasing them that they are unbelievable. I have always set the benchmark high with Bose and these wireless headphones are no exception. They do not even need sound reduction as they fit so well you don't hear outside noise anyway. I am always commuting and love these headphones. They connect to your phone and another device at the same time. Bose has absolutely done it again! No surprise !

Are the SoundLink wireless headphones louder than the AE2w Bluetooth headphones?
I have the Bose AE2w Bluetooth headphones and the volume level is sub-standard: the max volume is not loud. Are the Soundlink Wireless headphones louder than the AE2w?
Soundlink Wireless around ear headphones are not only loud, but they drown out the background sound without being noise canceling..I highly recommend, I love them!
