We bought this because of the cute commercial that hooked my wife. Well, this product is not very well made. The sink is really a gimmic and of poor quality that makes opening and closing the washer feel difficult. Not sure I would recommend this washer to anyone as there are many others with better reputations and quality.

Poor Quality and Poor Service

48 days after we purchased this (3 days after the return policy ended for us as elite plus members) the dryer broke. It stopped heating and thus stopped actually drying the clothes. We did not purchase the Best Buy warranty so they wouldn't help us so we called the manufacturer directly. They told us it would be 2.5 weeks before they could fix the brand new dryer we purchased.
When we complained BB wiped their hands of the situation and the manufacturer was no help. So now we currently have a brand new broken dryer. Since it was so new we also mentioned we didn't want it fixed/refurbished...we wanted a new one but were told no.
BB nor the manufacturer stand behind their products. I highly recommend another brand.
