I like the Divergent series, but what I love is the audio and video quality! Although I don't have a Dolby Atmos enabled receiver (yet), I will say that even in Dolby TrueHD, this is one of the best audio tracks I've heard yet! Incredible bass extension, so much that if you have the gear to really experience this Blu Ray's capabilities then you're in for a real treat! The audio and 3D video is outstanding! Is Dolby Atmos really that much better than Dolby TrueHD or DTS-HD Master audio? That's still yet to be seen. In this case, heard. Great movie!

I was looking for a cd/dvd player that has pandora, Bluetooth and a solid tuner. Usually to get these features you have to pay upwards of $700 or more. This JVC has all the features I want at a good price. I've played everything from regular cd's to sacd's (super audio cd's with a higher bit rate) to dvd's and have not had one issue thus far. I was really surprised to see that it's capable of playing sacd's! I don't have many, and they have since been discontinued except for a few sellers on eBay. The sound quality is excellent! You'll notice a big boost in sound quality even with your existing speakers. Bluetooth enabled hands free voice for phone use with my iPhone 5S is excellent. You can control the volume of both incoming calls and your voice to outgoing calls. Some have said while talking to them via the hands free feature that their voice will echo, but you can control this with the volume. It also has a rear camera feature (rear camera sold separately) I intend on buying soon. Over all, the JVC KWV21BT is an excellent choice that offers everything from 5.1 surround sound while watching movie (with the parking brake on) to all sorts of cd disk, with an excellent tuner! Very pleased!

How well does the external microphone work for bluetooth calls?
I currently use a Jabra speakerphone on my windshield visor. I'd love to get rid of it, but not sure how well these in-dash bluetooth receivers work. I'm assuming you can hear the other party fine since you can just crank up the volume on your stereo, right?

As long as you have the microphone installed somewhere around the dash board closest to the drivers seat it does just fine. There are options on setting up the microphone to achieve the best connection.

Does the screen display album cover art when linked through bluetooth, android usb, and/or both?
Yes, I've owned mine for about a year and it does show album art while a usb or Blue tooth is connected.
