Broken right from the get go

I've own a Toshiba LCD tv for 6 years and never had a problem. I decided it was time for an upgrade couldn't pass up on the deal Best Buy had for this 49". Unfortunately after setting up the tv, there were power issues and the tv would reset itself, powering itself off and on during the middle of whatever I was watching. Contacted toshiba and they are sending out a repair man, however I have very little hope. Read the other one star review with the exact same problem. Next time I am going with Samsung. Sorry toshiba this just shouldn't happen.
