the way this is designed the front usb's (for devices that dont stay plugged in) are on the top facing the back so it is very awkward to plug in my phone so I had to buy a usb hub and tape it on the top facing forward. HP you need to do better next time

The DDR3 sticks have a combined capacity of 16GB to let you load and utilize more applications at the same time. Can the keyboard be raised from the back or does it have to set sit flat?
it has a tab on each side that swing out to raise the back up about a inch

both underneath they take a total of 4 AA but they last forever
