Going from a plain mobile phone to a smartphone can be a challenge. But this phone has been pretty easy to run so far, took me a day to figure out how to play music, otherwise it's okay. A little heavier than my old phone, you don't have to tap hard to perform any functions, very nice to have email when I'm on the go. Haven't taken pictures yet.

The phone must be activated first either at the store, on the computer or call Verizon and they can do it.

My plan is for 45.00 a month because of data usage, I think you can use Wi-Fi and pay only 30.00 a month, just call customer service.
