Longer is better

Always get extra cables in longer lengths over the short cable supplied with the device. They all do the same thing but the longer length allows for placing the device out of the way while charging. Just be careful about treading on it as the lightweight construction won't support much abrasion.

OK, I have some work to do getting used to the new suite of controllers! I am used to a single joystick but I got this controller for playing Halo Spartan: Assault and :Strike on my Surface PRO 3. The touch interface just does not allow for enough control; this controller gives control in spades! Still getting used to all the functions! It works well even without the Xbox One console.
