4K Brings the Party More to Life

For anyone that said they cannot notice the difference in 4K, I challenge them and welcomly invite them to watch this film. The massive sets that Baz Luhrman used for this movie is probably the best in the last few years in any movie and the grandeur of it has never been any better.
Get this movie, not just because it looks amazing in 4K, but because it truly is a magnificent and great gem.

Very seldom do I watch a movie that I already love to death and watch on a different platform to see that I never even truly watched it before. This is a must-own for 4K Blu-Rays. The desert scenes are glorious and the color gamet in HDR is truly eye-opening. The sound is another quality that I am continually astonished by too. This movie is brilliantly directed and acted.

Clint Eastwood has been one of my favorite directors for quite some time now. His latest film, "Sully" is yet another reason why I enjoy Eastwood's direction and influence on his films. He creates such a realistic environment that is contagious to the audience as we are gripped upon every line, every saying, and every word.
This historical event may be known to you already, but I really did not know the backstory to the events afterwards until I saw this film. This shows that healthy criticism is wanted and desired, but when you get too overboard with it, reputations are lost.

Okay I know that distinction of calling it the best western in years is easy because Hollywood has not made a Western film in a while, but director Antoine Fuqua reignites the genre with heart pounding action and genuine drama. I was also privileged to hearing Director Fuqua note that he based the Mag 7 from the famous Japanese flick "7 Samurai".
If you have seen that film, it is easy to see the correlation between the two movies.

Dead Rising 4 is the type of game you play when you want only nothing more than to see zombies aniliated in a gory fashion with weapons that are utterly indescribable. You can run down hoards of zombies by the hundreds with a single triceratops helmet or create firework cannons that send sparks of every color toward your slow foes.
I am not sure if this game is supported byHDR, but the color pigments are gorgeous and the overall quality and production value is high.
A must-have in my book. If you know what you are getting in to before you buy the game, you will be extremely satisfied.

Okay, I'll be the first to admit that this is not the perfect must-have film for 4K because of quality of picture, but this is a near perfect film because of the content (which I'm sure your familiar why if you've seen the film) and the adequate improvements to the overall picture and sound.
Goodfellas is a classic and should be owned on every format from VHS to 4K.
Add this film to your collection, even though it's older it still proves to be amazing in 4K some 27 years after its initial release. It looks about twice to three times the picture clarity than the blu-ray it comes with.

I bought my girlfriend this contraption after purchasing her new MacBook for her. It's an amazing device that allows for simultaneous charge, av output, and a nimble USB port. If you have a MacBook you would know that this device is an absolute must have due to it only having one spot to charge out of.

Good but not Great

This film has its ups and downs, and if it weren't for the strong acting performances by Lizzy Kaplin, Jesse Eisenberg, and Woody Harrelson I don't think this movie would be as well received as it was for me.
I really enjoyed the conjoining of American and Chinese culture. That aspect of diversity and seeing the Chinese equivalent to Las Vegas in Macao was a nice touch.
This movie should be a 3 and a half out of 5, but it is still a entertaining and pleasing film all around.

This game is all around pretty good and innovative. This game started its development long before this year and the graphics take a bit because of that. The cut scenes are amazingly designed with an eye for majestic royal patterns and automobile designs.
The gameplay is some of the best in the entire series and this is where the game makes its money (so to speak). The combat system is so strong that it makes up for all of the other hidderances in this year's FF.
