Returning to the store first chance I get

I purchased this TV for 1 reason and 1 reason only. To connect my new Xbox One S and play Ultra HD movies. To my surprise the TV did not support HDR10 out of the box (unlike the best buy rep advised). Luckliy the firmware update to enable HDR10 was already released. I updated the firmware and was anxious to watch my first Ultra HD movie. About 10 minutes into the movie the TV would go to a black screen (audio still playing in the background) and then come back to the picture. If happened again a few more times. I wanted to make sure it was not an isolated issues so I watched ATT uverse, HBO Go, and Netflix. I did not get the black screen but actually got the white snow screen (the kind you see in best buy when a tv is not receiving a good feed) I checked the HDMI cables (used the one that came with the TV and then the one that came with the xbox one s). I tried all 5 HDMI ports. I enabled the feature on ports 1 and 5 to allow HDR play back. I have tried everything Vizio and Microsoft have suggested. I am still having the same issues. I just think its crazy you pay this much for a TV and not able to enjoy it right out the box. I will be returning the TV as soon as I can get someone help me package it back in the box and load it in my truck.
