This unit is awesome. First the boot up time is very short. Hit power and blam! It features Netflix, Hulu and more, allows for USB stick to play movies, music, photos etc... . There are no LED lights on the unit, which I find nice, less distracting when watching in a darkened room. Overall very satisfied with it. When you turn it on it pops right up, almost no lag time.

I remember when Star Wars came out on the big screen back in the 70's.
I think they did a great job continuing the story. The story line is set far enough after Jedi to add a few more movies, which I'm sure they will.
We know who Rey is, don't want to spoil anything, but who else could she be?! Keep the Star Wars story going !

Does this stream Netflix to my tv even if I don't have a smart tv?
Yes it will stream netflix, the player has the ability built it.
It will work with WiFi and through ethernet cable, just depends on your setup.
The TV does not need to be a smart tv, the player will decode and send the signal to the tv.
I recently purchased one and am very satisfied with it.
