This is a basic TV, (or computer monitor) and so far it works pretty well. However, the stand did not lift it up at a high enough angle so you could see the picture clearly. In going to Best Buy, they had no alternate stand which could do the job. Finally did a lot of searching on line and found a Vivo stand which did the job very well.....both in rotation of the screen and tilting it at an angle. This TV is a 19 inch unit and the Vivo stand can take one a lot larger. Overall, once this viewing problem was solved, I am very satisfied with the set.

It took quite a while to receive it and when I opened the box, there was a dent in the edge of the top refrigerator door! I spoke with Best Buy and received a 10% discount for "scratch and dent" sales. At this point, it is operating very well and keeping things nice and cold; freezing ice cubes in a relatively short period of time. It was supposed to be a refrigerator that you could open from either the right or the left, but that couldn't be done, because a hole had not been drilled in the upper left portion of the refrigerator, so a screw could be put in it along with another, to complete the shift from right to left. Therefore, I just left it as a right handed opening of the door! Those LED lights in the upper back of the fridge could be improved....when the door is open, those lights glare right at you, making it hard to see into the unit and where things are that you might be looking for. It is good looking and perfectly fits the space set aside for it in the trailer. The RV refrigerator stopped working last year, and replacements are so expensive, that I decided to get a free standing one that's comparable in size and it's a LOT cheaper!

I recently purchased a Smart TV and was trying to make an internet connection with the modem/router provided by Time Warner Cable. Despite many tries, it would connect momentarily, and then be gone. I got this unit from Best Buy after reading many of the reviews and purchased it. When I tried to connect the Smart TV to the Netgear Unit, it hooked up right away and stayed connected, even to this very day. The TV is at one end of the house and the modem/router is at the other end of the house. It connected like they were side by side. What a great, proficient unit!

First of all, it took over three weeks for it to finally arrive, way too long, in my estimation. At this ;point the picture is ok, but I wouldn't consider it outstanding so far. It needs a lot of adjustment to get the balances and crispness of the picture so it shows it's worth the money, but so far, a lot more needs to be done by me to get something worthwhile. The "Smart" part of the TV is having trouble keeping the wireless signal to get the updates (still hasn't happened after countless tries). I've talked to the Cable Co. and they tested the router for all sorts of things and they determined the router/modem was working fine. Call Samsung, they say. Called Samsung and got a woman with a heavy Spanish accent, who didn't really know what she was doing. I had to ask her over and over what she was saying, and then she delayed long enough that the screen on which I had just entered information timed out and I had to go back and do it again.....and again and again. After a lot of failures, she finally said "Call my TV provider and ask them to check the security on the modem. I had already told her what the security letters were, but to no avail. So, still no connection for any "Smart" activity. So far, this has been a bit disappointing, given the cost of the electronics and it is yet to be used and enjoyed the way it should be. She said Samsung would call back, and they did the next day, but the guy who called had an accent worse than hers! I am going to be changing to a different modem/router combination and see if that makes any difference. So far, not so good!
