I'm currently waiting for the third replacement. At least BB has been very good dealing with the issue.
- The first cooktop had an issue with two burner's starters what were never stopping sparking.

- On the second unit the center burner was not turning on, no spark at all. BB installer noticed the problem right away and let BB know about the issue. A third unit is now on its way.

I'll update this review once I get the next one.
