Once again slayer comes through with old-school elements and a newer feel, but staying true to themselves as they have done there whole career. This latest release from Anthrax is very tight sounding, it has the throwback sound of classic 80's metal with modern elements of today's style. I will admit I have not bought anything from them since the last John Bush era thrax ,I heard good reviews from their last release worship music and decided to give this one a chance after reading reviews and sampling songs. I am very pleased with the quality and production of this CD, the songs are well written and have a good crunchy sound with occasional thrash riff's thrown in at the right time's, this is far removed from the Anthrax of old but it works just fine for today's sound and show's they can evolve through the decades. The only reason I gave it 4 star's instead of 5 is because I am not a big belladonna fan,I prefer John's voice much better but have to give Joey credit for doing a good job with this material.

I will start out by saying I haven't been a fan of 5 finger before, until now!! This is the first CD I bought from them, and it definitely has the punch,I have tried to get into them before but wasn't feeling it. I think what stood out and made the difference on this one was that everything click's the chorus, melody and heavy guitar crunch all come together perfectly. Right off the bat the first song got your six Set's the tone for the album there are many good songs on here that come together very much like an old school 80's metal crunch sound, there is an element that has a pantera sound that collides with a dokken style chorus. I think the difference for me on this album was that something was missing on their previous work, there was elements of this coming together on the last CD wrong side of heaven but I think they mastered it on this one. Finally a sound that matches their name IMHO.

I have listened to this CD 3 times and each time I like it more, I have not bought a megadeth CD in a long time but have been keeping up with there sounds for years. After reading online reviews and samples of there song's I liked what I heard, without a doubt this is one of their best. If you are a fan of old school megadeth like me you will enjoy this,it has vintage classic metal sound with a modern crunch to it with Dave's politically influenced lyrics. I would rank this up there with the 80's and early 90's material, instant classic.

I purchased this speaker because of reviews online and testing in the store,it is what I was looking for.The sound is surprisingly big for the size and goes pretty loud,I've used it outside and the sound carries pretty far and batteries lasted for several hours before needing charge.I ended up buying another in the hopes of having more of a stereo sound,but wasn't able to connect two of them with my device so I gave it to my son.
