I got this as one of my daughters has returned to the nest and her Chromebook was on its last legs - still worked but limping. She is not the most computer savvy person so I thought this may work for her. She had absolutely no problems setting up the laptop or connecting it to the wireless printer. She loves how quick it responds to her commands and also how fast the internet is now. She is very comfortable with the keyboard. This is her first 2in1 so she is thrilled that she can use it as a laptop or a tablet. The screen resolution is average at the moment but we're going to see if there is a way to make it better, this just may be the default. The reason for the loss of a star is the hinges on this Dell. To me, they don't seem real sturdy and I'm concerned about how long they will last before something cracks or breaks. Other than that, this is a really good computer for general use and, as my college-age daughter may need a new computer for the next semester, we are considering getting her one as well.

One of the big complaints at my house has been not being able to print from mobile phones. Apparently in this day and age people do more than just talk and text! So we got this printer in the hopes that it would work for the younger generation. There was an initial problem with setup but as it was done with our least tech savvy member, I don't attribute it entirely to the printer. The HP app downloaded easily to the smartphone and after a few stumbles, printer connectivity was achieved. The kids are thrilled as they can now easily print what they need to from their phones instead of emailing it to me so I can print it. It is good quality printing and very quiet. Not the fastest in printing but by no means is it the slowest either. I like the document feeder myself. As for the instant ink, that will depend on how much someone uses their printer. Great idea for those who use it a lot but I need to wait and see just how much the kids will end up printing when they finish playing with it. All in all, a good printer and it addresses the needs for all generations.

Wow, does this do the job! We have a lot of noise around our house with people going in and out as well as a new rescue dog who barks, a lot, so trying to listen to anything can be difficult at times. Not anymore. Two daughters played with these and both said it was the best noise-canceling earbuds they've tried and they've tried a lot. While the description says it cancels 90% of ambient sound, they both said that they heard very little unless it was an extremely loud noise, like a dog barking in the next room, and even that was relegated to more of a whisper. One liked that she could regulate how much noise was canceled. The microphone works great and the sound was very clear on both ends. They both said they were comfortable to use and then we had the debate on who would get to keep it and who would get the one we will have to buy for their birthday - the July one has to wait! I would definitely recommend these earbuds - two women who live for their phones and music give it 5 stars.

We have three people in our home with some type of asthma so I wanted to try something that may help keep the air free of allergens. I've tried other air purifiers which just didn't seem to do the job. This one does. It's perfect for the downstairs open floor plan and within a day we could tell the difference in air quality. My asthma is allergy induced and I stopped having any difficulty within that day, as long as I was downstairs in the open area. It has done so well we are planning to get minis for each of the bedrooms as well. There is an app that comes with this so you can adjust settings via your phone. My main con with this unit is the noise. While not overbearing, it can be distracting so placement of the unit is very important. I should note here that we have a very quiet house and live on a very quiet street so all noise can be distracting.

My unit was delivered in the middle of a snowstorm so this is perhaps not the right time of year for trying my new unit. However, New England can get hot very quickly so we wanted to make sure it fit and worked before we repurposed our old unit. First, installation was very easy. We were a bit worried as our window is a bit bigger than normal but there were no problems. We ran it to make sure it worked and it was great. It was very quiet so no problems there. As it is in an office where there will be clients, that is important. While the room was not hot as it was one of the coldest days of the week, we were able to tell that the air got cold so should do a good job. The remote is a nice feature as well as it will be easy to regulate the temperature manually. Given we're supposed to have snow again this weekend, I'm not sure when we will be able to enjoy the full features of this unit but I'm pretty sure that overheating will not be happening.

I started with the Walkman and graduated to one of these, only this is so much better. It fit great in my jacket pocket and no skipping as I was walking around. My speakers were able to plug into it just fine as well. The volume control is great as it gradually gets louder. It goes back to low when I shut it off so no more blown eardrums when I go from using it with a speaker to earphones. I'll be buying this as a gift for my friends who still have their CD collections.

My first thought upon opening the box was that it was a bit heavy for me. I would not be able to use it for any length of time but it would be okay if I just did one room at a time. As I wanted to put it through its paces, I called on my daughter to try it (easy way to get her to do the vacuuming). She had no problems with the weight. We tried this on wood, tile and linoleum flooring as well as 2 different types of rugs. It worked great on all of them. The boost feature even got out some ground in dirt/salt/sand from the carpet near the front door. Emptying it was a breeze, just press a button and the container comes out and you can just dump it. The cordless feature makes it easy to go everywhere without having to constantly stop and find another outlet. This certainly lives up to Dyson's reputation.

When I was diagnosed with carpel tunnel in the 90s, I got my first split keyboard which I used until it died of old age. Since then, I've tried others that were just not comfortable. Add to that, the use of a laptop and the smaller keyboards and that lovely carpel tunnel decided to make a return in a big way. Hence, trying this keyboard. I feel as if I've gone back to the 90s. My wrists and arms are positioned naturally so there is no strain as there is with a regular keyboard. While I've only had this for a week, I didn't end the week holding my right arm not wanting to move due to the pain. While the problem is not going away overnight, I can tell there is already a significant improvement.
As I said, the positioning is natural and the touch of the keys is light. The attached wrist rest actually helps rather than just taking up space. If you've never used a split keyboard before, it will take a bit of getting used to but once you do, you'll be just as fast as on a regular keyboard, I actually type faster. The size is a bit bigger than a standard keyboard but not enough for it to be a problem unless you were tight on space to begin with. The USB connection makes it easy to use it with either the desktop or my laptop. My daughter tried the Bluetooth connection and had no problems. If you are a keyboader, some of the keys will feel off, particularly the number/character keys until you get used to them. It is just that darn 6 that throws me off every time. However, I end up using the keypad more so don't find it a problem.
Overall, even if you don't have a medical condition, I think you will find using this keyboard will help relieve shoulder tension due to the natural positioning. For people who do have medical issues, this is a great help with them. I'm looking forward to growing old together with my new keyboard.

As a power strip, this works okay. All the outlets worked and the charging times were quite fast, much faster than the charging port I was using at my desk. The outlets are too close together and all go the same way so if your plug goes in another direction, you have a problem. Another problem came in as to where to put it. It fit on the side of my desk nicely except then I discovered I would have difficulty plugging things in as the outlets were now right under the desktop and I'm too short to easily reach them, Even when I put it where I could easily reach the outlets, it was still awkward. Okay, I thought, I'll just put it on the desk. Nope, the power cord from it is heavy and just tipped it over and when I tried putting it the other way round, the cords I plugged in pulled it over. Putting it around my monitor meant I lost the use of 3 outlets. The easiest solution for me was to just use it for those items I don't unplug and that is working nicely. It has freed up space on my desk which I love and I do so love the USB charging ports which are quite easy to get to. This is an item where location, location, location is something to be considered.

I belong to a conference that does weekend retreats and we are forever having to rent projectors mainly because no one wants to lug one from place to place. The Ematic - EPJ590WH LCD Projector is small and lightweight so it is easy to pack up and take with me. It will mostly be used for PowerPoint and video presentations and I found that it was adequate for that need. The room did need to be darkened to get a clear enough picture but it didn't have to be completely dark. The picture does get fuzzier the larger it gets but for our purposes, the picture was clear and everyone was easily able to read the bullet-points. We did use it one night for a movie night for those participants who were interested and it worked well on the white wall of the room we were in. The picture was particularly clear as the room was completely dark given the time of night.
It's a great price, not only for a family but other entities as well, such as non-profits and churches. While it may be intended for home use, other groups may wish to consider this cost-saving measure.

I believe so. It looks like just a standard watchband. I usually have to as I have a big wrist but this fit on my wrist so you may not need to. The pink of the woman's watch is pale so it blends with the skin tone.

Does the volume control on this device also control the volume of the Bluetooth device it’s connected to?
I used this with speakers where I controlled the volume. It was the volume on this that determined how loud the music sounded.

How many devices can I install Office Home & Business on?
Only 1 device. If you need it on more or for a family, I'd suggest looking into Office 365 which allows up to 6 devices but which also has a yearly subscription.

Can I install this on 2 of my computers or is it licensed for only one install?
My understanding is that you can install this on a primary and secondary computer - such as a a laptop and desktop when you use both. However, the program cannot be run on both devices at the same time.
