I am impressed with the Kyvol HD3 1.2 Gal Ultrasonic Humidifier. First, the User Manual is first rate. Not only are the instructions clear they also have clear pictures so it is easy to follow. Now, there isn't a lot to do as it is a very easy machine to use. They are thorough on what not to do as well as what to do. Now, one of those not to do things is to place it on something other than a flat surface, such as on a towel, newspaper, etc. This is something I've had to do with past humidifiers as the mist really tended to settle right around the humidifier making the surface it was sitting on wet. So, I tested this out on a tile surface before I moved it into my bedroom to place on a wood nightstand. I was very surprised that the surface around and below this humidifier stayed dry. I've not had a bit of trouble since I moved it into my bedroom. It is also very quiet when operating which I wasn't expecting. I can get three nights with one fill of the tank so I extrapolate that it will go for a full 24 hours before needing to be refilled if that is what is needed. The tank is quite easy to fill and with the handle, easy to carry from the sink back to the based with no water leakage. A great feature is that it will turn itself off if the water gets too low so the motor will not burn out. You can control the amount of mist as well which is a helpful. Besides the user manual, it comes with an extra dustproof sponge as well as a cleaning brush.
I have not woken with a dry cough since I started using it which has also helped with allowing me to sleep longer. I usually have problems keeping my lungs hydrated but haven't had that problem since using this. I'm very impressed with this unit and highly recommend it.

I have short fingers which makes using a mouse uncomfortable at times. So I was interested when I saw that Logitech has developed a mouse for those with small to medium hands. The mouse itself is up to Logitech's normal high standards. In fact, it has the added benefit if being about to customize the side buttons to those most frequently used instead of the standard backward and forward.
Now the mouse itself is not shorter than my previous mouse but it is thinner and this has made all the difference. As my hand isn't spread out trying to hold on to the mouse, my fingers actually reach to the end of the mouse making clicking buttons so much easier. No mis-clicks yet. Now it has taken a few days to get used to the thinner design but it has been so much easier to use and also I noticed less strain on my hand using it. If you have a smaller hand, I recommend trying this mouse as it has really been beneficial for this small hand.

First, I let my less than tech-savvy SIL set this up. He had no problems downloading the app and connecting it to Alexa though he would have preferred using Google Assistant himself. He also works as a cook so I figured who better than him to try it and give a review.
He loves it. He was happy with all the accompanying items as well as the instructions and recipe book. Apparently the tech support not only includes techies but also chefs who can help with the practical aspect.

Everything he tried cooked quicker than he was expecting and he appreciated the healthy aspect to not using oil to fry and grill. The only downside is that this is better for a smaller family, not three adults and four children. However, given how fast things grilled, he got the kids done and by the time we had them set up with their meals, the adult portions were done. Of course, this is the time when voice commands were appreciated. It is very versatile therefore is another product that will cut down on the number of appliances you need on your countertop or using a big oven for smaller items. Of course, grilling inside in the New England winter had him smiling and he gave me a tip - use a drop or two of liquid smoke mixed in with some oil and lightly spray what you are grilling to give the food that outdoor grilled taste. This is a great gift idea for students living in dorms, people who have small kitchens or seniors who really don't want to use an oven for their little pot pie or chicken breast while still getting that baked and broiled effect.
Oh, he also wanted me to mention what he considered one of the best parts -- the clean up was a breeze due to the ceramic non-stick surfaces. I guess I know what he wants for Christmas now since I won't let him steal mine.

I don't know if I had unrealistic expectations or whether it just didn't live up to reasonable expectations but I found myself disappointed with this product. At its base, it is an extra large heating pad with three levels of heat. While there was some, I did not find a significant variation in the levels. Next, it is weighted, which I did find calming so that is a plus. However, it is supposed to be a substance which holds the heat. I did not find that to be the case but perhaps it is because it just didn't get hot enough. Next, it does have a three speed gentle massage feature which works nicely. However, it is so loud when it is running that it negates the calming effect of the weighted part. Disappointed. All that said, I did find just having it on medium heat on my back had a very calming effect. I did like the longer cord but would prefer a 12 foot cord but 9 feet is better than 6. I also appreciate the automatic shut off feature.
Just to get a second opinion as I want to be fair in my review, I asked my daughter to try it. Her review was about the same as mine except she felt a larger variation in temperature but it still did not get as hot as the one she has and she also found the heat wasn't retained.

There is a saying that says if you build a better mousetrap the world will beat a path to your door. I think Ninja must have that plastered all over their headquarters as they have once again improved on their previous perfection. I have the 8-in-1 Air Fryer Oven which I love. It did things I never knew I wanted. This one takes that to a whole new level by doing things I didn't know I needed. Any functions I may not use regularly, my kids will, such as cooking their pizza. Just a note, the first time I ate all the crust on a frozen pizza was the one I cooked in this - no hard rock cardboard pizza crust this time. It is a great combination of features that really compliment each other and there is a great quick start manual with recipes to get you started. Of course, the flip-up feature is wonderful for those with counter space issues, The one thing I am disappointed about is that it is not as easy to clean as the 8-in-1 but if that is what gave me the extra capacity, I'm okay with that.
This is great when you don't 'want to turn on the big oven for baking a couple of chicken breasts. It's an extra oven during those crazy holiday times. Wonderful for those who have limited counter or kitchen space. Great for a studio or dorm room. A great gift for an older person who can no longer bend to pull pans out of the oven and probably doesn't use it much anyway as they don't want to turn on something that big for their one little item. Works well for a work break room. It is so versatile that it is a great present for anyone -- something to be considered as I've had people threaten to walk off with mine they have been so impressed.

Talk about relief! I have a nerve issue that gets worse when the muscles tense or spasm, irritating the nerve making it more painful which makes the muscles tense/spasm more....a never ending cycle. The cycles appears to now be able to be broken. Using this heat lamp has relaxed the muscles which brought down pain levels which stopped the spasming. I've started to use it regularly rather then "when needed" and found that it appears to help prevent the sudden tensing of muscles when going from the warmth of the house to the cold of the outside allowing me to warm up physically without dealing with the muscle issue. As I have this issue in my neck and lower back, I was a bit skeptical that it would be able to help both areas but there have been no problems at all. I've also starting focusing the heat lamp on my hands and found they are not getting as stiff. A heating pad tends to just reach the surface but this feels as if the heat is getting down deep and doesn't dissipate quickly. I'm thrilled with the Beaurer Infrared Heat Lamp. I will be getting another for work as the office does tend to get cool in the winter and I believe this will help keep the muscles relaxed.

This kit has everything you need to give a nice mani/pedi except for one thing -- knowledge on how to use it. There are remarkably few how-to videos out there on how to use an electric mani/pedi kit and I was disappointed that the only videos I found put out by Beurer was a 50 second sales video. I would not buy this for someone who had never used one without also providing someone to teach them. While the manual does have some information, it is still woefully lacking. This is what lost the stars for me - the lack of help on how to use it.
Now to the kit, it looks good and has what appears to be everything you'd need, as long as you know how to use them. I found that even on the slow speed it was difficult for me to hold on as my hands are just not strong enough to deal with the vibrations. You also need a very steady hand which, unfortunately, I no longer have. However, my daughter had no problems at all so I'd suggest if you no long have a firm grip, you may want to think twice about this. My daughter loves this set and loves that she'll be able to save money by doing her own mani/pedis.
I do like the cordless aspect of it though I wish that the box indicates that you will need an adapter for the USB cable as it doesn't just plug into an outlet. We've used it for up to an hour without any noticeable difference in power. The carrying case is quite nice.
Overall, I think it is a good set for someone who knows how to use the tools provided. However, for someone who may not have a strong grip or has never used an electric set before, you may want to explore tutorials before making a decision.

After use by both myself and my daughter = Pros: easy set-up; rechargeable so no cords or batteries to deal with; 3 light settings which are bright matching their setting; light weight and slim, easy to carry in a bigger bag if you want to carry it with you but great for travel; easy touch between light settings. Cons: lack of magnification. Whether that is a con will depend on the person. It's not a con for my daughter as she had no trouble seeing her face up close and personal. I, however, am not so lucky and need some magnification so I have to keep my glasses on which defeats the purpose when I want to use it for eye makeup. My daughter loves it and uses it every day. I like it. Overall, it is a good lighted mirror.

I found this to be a nice addition to my daily cleansing routine. That I can use it in the shower is a big plus when it comes to the weekly exfoliation as well. My face feels much cleaner when I used this rather than a reglular facecloth nor do I have to scrub to get that clean feeling as I do with the facecloth. I also feel that, especially in the T zone area, the brush reaches every part of my face, I love it. My only caution, for those with longer hari, be sure your hair is pulled back as the brush will pick it up.

I was a bit skeptical about this product but I've been converted. The big negative for me is that the roller is bigger than I anticipated given that the puffiness under the eyes are highlighted as a purpose for this. It really doesn't work well for me there due to the size. However, I've had no problems anywhere else I've used it. I found it works well on inflammation on any part of the body. It's great when you are doing the hot and cold thing as you don't have the weight and wetness of dealing with ice or frozen veggies. Even when sitting out, it will still feel cool on the skin for a bit. When frozen, the cold lasts much longer than I anticipated so it stays cold for each application.
I took off a star due to the size. Perhaps there could be two roller heads, one larger and one smaller to take care of the issue.

Will this speaker be loud enough for parties in an apartment/dorm room setting?
The sound was loud enough to reach through closed doors in our home so I would say, yes, definitely loud enough.

Yes, my 18 year old had not problems hooking up their phone.
