Great Tablet!

I purchased this for my wife as a Facebook and their games machine along with netflix access. This allows her to take along a functional system without having to lug a heavy laptop and still work with Office documents along with being able to Facebook and play her favorite Facebook games. I have the Surface 2 which does have better screen and slightly faster, but not that noticeable. Perfect for her purposes and a lot less expensive. I am really enjoying these more functional tablets.

What's not so great: Screen resolution not as good as the Surface 2

Does it come with an anti virus?

Do you need to install additional anti virus programs on this device? What types of anti virus programs are available to install on microsoft surface 2?

Best answer

No, you have it built in. If you have your unit set to auto update it does so in the background. It uses Microsoft's Windows Defender. This can be found in the control panel on your Surface.
