Love Design, Poor Quality

It was important for me to have a cover with an additional cover protecting the face of my IPhone. I love the design but within 30 days it already was a tear on the crease from opening and closing the case. I can't see this case lastin longer than a few months. Too much money for such poor quality.

Problems started within a couple weeks

My teen plays a lot of video games. The mouse worked well for a couple weeks. Maybe my teen plays too many games, I don't know, but the rubber on the bottom started peeling off and shredding. Not sure if it's because of too much use or just cheap quality. My son said to give it four stars because it was great the first couple weeks.

Delivery went smooth

The delivery drivers were really nice. Not that I expected them to stand around and chat, but it was to the point I thought they were borderline dangerous with how much they were trying to get the job done. I was upset because our dog was in congestive heart failure and it was the last week of his life. I called Best Buy two days before delivery to reschedule for the following week. The Best Buy employee was very nice and rescheduled delivery for the following week. The drivers showed up on the original date and said they don't really pay attention to the notes on work order. Best Buy did their part because it was clearly stated on the work order that we rescheduled for the following week. Unfortunately, we were up most of the night because we had to put our dog down. The drivers gave their condolences but they had the dryer at our door. I couldn't tell them no and accepted delivery.
