I have 2 TV's that I'm actually using for computer monitors. One of them has 2 HDMI ports that point down, and the stand is right in the way. I actually kinda bent stretched one of the ports AND destroyed an old cheap HDMI cable using one of the ports. The other port wasn't as bad because the cable sat right at the edge of the stand part, and once the cord was plugged in, it would help hold the cord in place. While it was still a tight squeeze to get these plugged in with the limited spacing, the ability to safely use the ports, and angle the HDMI cords as I need to is just a wonderful sigh of relief.

I had been using some really old HDMI cables, and didn't want to buy new ones, but I needed some extra length. I have been extremely pleased with the build quality of these cables. Crisp, clear picture is just amazing. The connector is also much more durable than some of the old cables I replaced, one of which I was almost to the point of having to tape into place so it would quit falling out. I'm actually upset I waited so long being cheap not wanting to buy newer and better cables.

My only complaint is I wish the signal was a little better/stronger. Considering it has to sit behind the TV, and we are all normally kinda in front of, and right near the computer, and typically there are several cell phones in the room with us, it occasionally has a little interference, or trouble with the initial connection

First of all, the box clearly states that this device can handle CompactFlash cards, both Type I and Type II. It just requires some modification to actually work with the Type II cards. The faceplate was clearly designed for the slimmer Type I cards only. Either take the faceplate off, or find another way to make the slot larger if you need to use a larger Type II. Also the cord is a little short for my needs, and the device failing during reads and writes both to and from cards when I use any of my USB extension cables (both USB 3 and USB 2 extension cables used on any USB 2 or USB 3 port). If I continue to have need of a card reader, then I will need to get a more reliable reader.

There are no lights on the keyboard at all that can be located, not even a power/connection indicator. There is a small light on the mouse, but it only briefly lights up when it makes connection to the computer.

I liked my Bodymedia Fit monitor because I could synch it with my computer, key in what I ate and get calories expended, steps walked, nutrition values, sleep times, heart rate, etc., etc. Does Jawbone have anywhere that you can record/synch, etc.
It does not do so directly thru Jawbone. I'm using it paired with the Under Armor apps to track everything. MapMyFitness, Record, MyFitnessPal, and then I'm pairing it with a Withings scale and app to sync weight as well.
