Otterbox always has great cases that really do protect well. I actually dropped it and it absorbed the shock. However it has some issues. One, I'd prefer something that covers the screen. Second, the case doesn't surround the screen enough, the top of the glass sticks out past the protection of the case. Lastly its slippery to hold at times. Needs a rubber coating so it can be held easier.

While DisplayPorts are WAY better then HDMI, in this case this brand seems to have a 50/50 chance at it being defective. Mine was and caused my screen to blink at random. They replaced it at the store and the second one works great. I'd maybe find a better brand or just buy this and test it right away so if you need to you can exchange it.

Love it though it has some minor issues

The light itself seems better then the more costly LED lighting strips you could buy since those require cutting, exact lengths and a bunch of other stuff. While the LED strips provide more "even" light around what you need them for, this light provides a big spotlight affect that I prefer more since my 65'' tv is in a corner of a white room.
And the blue color we use really dose help with eye strain when your staring at the tv for hours on end.
I do have some issues though that are more of a technical nature. The light requires a hub to use, which is sort of the size of a the box rokus. And in order to use the hub itself you need a smartphone so you can download the App that lets you adjust colors, brightness and other stuff. Which obviously a small minority will be stuck since they may not have a smartphone capable of downloading that App.
The other problem is I always forget to turn the light on because its on my phone. There is no way to turn on the light or adjust the color...etc unless you have the app. They need to have some options on the box itself to turn on the lights and adjust colors, even if they added a LCD screen or maybe just some simple buttons.
Even a remote would be useful since sometimes I will have people over and we are all set to watch something and I have to get up and look for my phone to turn the light and and adjust it. And get up again if I need to turn it off. With that said I still highly recommend this product. For eye strain relief alone its worth it.
Though if you think you want the LED strips I'd ask BB workers about that option to. There are pros and cons to the light vs the LED strip.

While I love the light and the fact this hub serves as a way to use all my lights at once, the problem for me is you are forced to use this and you are also forced to have a smartphone so you can download the App that lets you access things like turning the lights on and off, and changing colors. I know the small majority don't have smart phones so they won't be able to use this.
They really should just make the hub have a small panel on it so you can access the lights from there instead. Or maybe even a remote of some type. With all that said I love this. Lets me do alot with the light and the blue color we use has reduced eye strain when we watch tv for hours. Though often I forget to turn it on since I have to get my phone to do that.

When BB installed our washer they noticed our old hoses were actually better quality then the new ones we bought. They asked if we wanted them installed still or not because it could save money by returning the new hoses. So we returned them. Thanks to BB for being honest!

BB always does good installations. They installed our washer for us and everything. They even noticed out tubes (for water) we bought from them were not as good as the ones we currently have. So they asked if we wanted to return the tubes or not. We did and it saved some money. No issues with the washer installation.
However while not related to BB per say, we were told another company comes and gives you $50 for your old washer. The company said they don't do that now. So we had to bring it to a scrap yard. Not a big deal but its ok. Not BBs fault.

Having never really used bluetooth on a computer I wasn't sure if I would understand how to connect to bluetooth through it. But this was beyond easy. Plug it in and it automatically installs the drivers (some are found online just in case). Then all you do is take whatever you are using (in this case a electronic sign) and connect to the bluetooth on the PC and it connects. That simple! It does use a USB port so make sure you have on first.

I gave this 4 stars instead of 2 simply because it seems amazing for now. Its eletronic, easy to understand after a few uses. saves money and water. It also self-cleans and is much bigger then our old one. We were told its the best selling and longer lasting washer.
However after we bought it we then brought our 35+ year old washer (it was mechanical) to a metal dealer and he asked what the new one we got was. He said the Samsungs often get brought to them to junk for cash because they may only last 2-3 years at most because if one piece of electronic stuff fries it can cost you far more than the cost of the washer to fix. He said we should have gotten a mechanical one.
So that does make me nervous however its the future and mechanical washers are quickly being taken away so we will all be stuck with eletronic ones. As I said though, for now this washer is wonderful and I have zero complaints! Also we did buy a replacement plan just to be safe. Do get them, often times they pay for themselves when something goes like my big screen tv, vacuum, PC parts, Ipod, Phone...etc.

Went to BB not really having any idea on how these things work aside from providing power during a blackout. Left knowing everything I could know such as I should really only run critical things on it like my PC, phone and so on. Also left knowing the right size one based on my power supply for my PC (well not the full supply). If you plug in other stuff it will drain the supply VERY fast during a black out.
Had it since then and power went out for just over a minute, PC stayed on and screen to. Power went back on and everything was fine! This battery only last about 5 minutes based on what I have plugged into it. Which is enough time to shut down should the power not come back on after 2-3 minutes. Highly reccomend it!
