A/c adapter is not working, not replaced by Geek.

Received the laptop on Tuesday and the A/c adapter was not working. Took it to the store next day but, the Geek squad unable to replace the A/c adapter. They want me to return the product and get a replacement from the website again. I didn't expect from the customer service.
