I had a speaker quit playing in the driver side rear door on my Cadillac. I bought two new BOSE speakers to have installed in both rear doors. I figured if one was bad, the other one probably would be soon.
The tech (and I use that term very loosely) did not know how to take the door panels off the door to access the speakers. I knew how to take them off and offered advise... he basically told me I didn't know ANYTHING to leave him alone. He had to study the manuals and finally got the panels off. The one that didn't work, STILL DIDN'T WORK after he installed the new speaker. He said I had a wiring problem and there wasn't anything more he could do.
I still had to pay $80 bucks for NOTHING.... My car is still the same way it was before I took it to Best Buy. Obviously, I am not happy with the service I received...
