This movie is old fashioned fun from start to finish. A terrific movie period, but a great superhero one that isn’t afraid to poke fun at superhero stuff. A great blend of superhero and spy stuff with a throwback soundtrack to the old John Barry James Bond stuff fits the mood perfectly and the action scenes are top notch. With good character development and real heart this is just a flat out great movie. Looks terrific in 4K too.

Just not a great movie. Mildly entertaining, with the only highlight the magic battle. When Arthur finally gets the sword from the stone the movie is over and the cool stuff (knights, the round table) comes after. Nothing really to keep the kids interested. Mine said it was okay. I bet it never comes out of the movie cabinet again. Still, anything is better than Emoji Movie, Boss Baby, Happy Feet or Home on the Range. Those just stink. This was just boring.

Great action but too much comedy-disappointing

When the critics hail a movie all around, be careful. Critics don't know comics, and they blew the call on this one. The latest Thor has a lot of good action and visuals, but it tries way too hard to be funny. It is at times, but there's a lot of inappropriate comedic moments that make this go around a little too stupid rather than the usual Marvel fun. The character Korg is a great example. Funny at first, but the only purpose he serves is to serve up one liners and why? Don't think we need a laugh when an entire world is destroyed. Kinda takes away from the impact it's supposed to have on the characters and the story. Enough with the jokes already-we know this isn't the sometimes too serious DC world. Ruined what could have been a terrific movie. So, #3 ends up like Iron Man 3; very disappointing and a critics darling-critics are stupid. The fight between Thor and Hulk is worth the watch, however, as are the visuals. 4K is the way to go with this one.

The picture with this TV is awesome. The remote takes some getting use to, but once you figure it out it's pretty easy to use. The one thing I didn't see in reviews was the annoying flaw mentioned in the summary; this TV turns itself on randomly if left in a certain mode. In order to use it as a universal remote (which is great), it needs to have its setting on (factory settings has it there) to use external devices. It can then turn on and utilize other things connected to it. Two things though, it cannot turn off certain devices (like a 4K player), and if you do not turn that external setting off, it randomly turns itself on or other components, like DirectTv boxes, will turn it on. You have to turn that setting off before you turn the TV off if you use it as a universal remote. Took a phone call to Geek Squad and a visit from them (they never figured it out) and then 2 calls to the Samsung helpdesk to figure this out. That took a lot of time and I almost returned it; I don't want a ghost TV. Now, it works great and it's only a slight annoyance. Still love the TV.

I've been very happy with this so far. The price was great and not having to mount speakers around the living room was a big bonus. Despite to actual "surround sound" with those extra speakers, I don't miss it; the sound from this bar is really good and fills the room when turned up and it doesn't need to be up too far to get that effect.
